She supposedly gave birth via C-section around 1pm today in Santa Monica. The kid hasn't been officially named yet, but the rumor is it is going to be Preston Michael Spears Federline. (Can I call him Prest Fed? ) Only Celebrity Smack has the first pics of the new baby!
