Sly Stone's Special Appearance
To me the highlight of the Grammy Awards was seeing recluse Sly Stone (attempt to) perform, if only for a minute or two.
Sly came onstage true to his funkdafied self, clad in a platinum blond mohawk and outrageous gold garb. He didn't stay long. He muttered a few versus, pretended to play keyboards off and on and seemed generally uncomfortable, somewhat confused and out of place. 
I felt bad for the guy, I mean he's a legend. Props to him for having the courage to make such a tremendous appearance after many years of being out of the spotlight.
With everyone talking only about what bombshell was wearing what and who got what Grammy, I thought Sly deserved a shout out for stealing the show. Thanks Sly, for gracing us with your presence. You da man. ( See partial performance here. Most of Sly's performance has been clipped out in this video though. Still seeking a full video of Sly's entire onstage time..)

The Grammy Awards
For the first time in years I watched some of the Grammy Awards.
I have to say most everyone looked great.
Even Mariah Carey, which I thought I'd never say. However, the dress she wore while performing looked much better than the one she is wearing in this picture.
Jenna Elfman on the otherhand, looked as though her tits had gone from grapes to raisins in her disaster of a dress. 
Madonna was super thin and during her performance she donned yet another spandex getup and feathered hair.
Double G looked hot as always..
Sally Kirkland is still a crazy bitch as we can see. Who the hell invited her anyway? 
I think the same person also invited Kim Stewart.
Eve has sure changed since first appearing on the scene. Ghetto to glamour!

The LA County Department of Children and Family Services has contacted the LA County Sheriff's Department, asking about Britney driving with her baby on her lap without a child restraint. Britney fired back with a statement saying, "I was terrified that this time the physically aggressive paparazzi would put both me and my baby in danger.
