Mills - McCartney Feud Gets Even Juicier
What now? 
Sir Paul really got under Heather's skin this time. And I love it.
McCartney reportedly went to his country estate that he shared at one time with his estranged wife. While there he took rare paintings, including a Picaso and a Renoir into his possesion and then reset the estate's security codes. Oh, and the best part? He told her about it in a text message.
The paintings are worth an estimated $19 million dollars. I highly doubt that Heather had that kind of money to begin with. So I can safely assume that most likely the paintings were Paul's.
When Heather visited the lodge soon after, she obviously became quite livid and phoned police. When police arrived they told her that she was basically S.O.L. It was a matter between the two of them and not the police since a theft hadn't actually occurred.

Mike Tyson Busted for, Well, Everything!
Mike Tyson, 40, was arrested in Scottsdale, AZ at 1:45am this morning after nearly hitting a Sheriff Deputy's car...and not with his fist.
He had left a nightclub shortly before the incident occurred.
Tyson appeared in County Superior Court in Phoenix a short while later. He was released without bond on a felony drug possession charge. The DUI charges are pending his toxicology test results.
While the case is pending Tyson must succumb to drug and alcohol testing.
During his hearing he actually thanked Commissioner Sheila Madden. He did not enter a plea and did not have a lawyer.
"He showed signs of impairment and voluntarily submitted to field sobriety tests," the arresting offer said.
He also stated that Tyson was "showing more signs of impairment" while performing field sobriety tests.
So police then searched Tyson & his BMW, where they found cocaine. And how. A bag of cocaine in each of Mike's back pockets, and a baggie in a cigarette box on the front seat. Tyson had also been wiping a white substance off of his dash when police approached his vehicle.
The officer also stated that tests showed that Mike was "under the influence of a depressant, stimulant and cannabis."
Tyson admitted remorsefully that he "was an addict" and "has a problem." He admitted possessing the bags of cocaine, and said he uses it "anytime (he) can get his hands on it."
I feel bad for the guy. He is screwed up. Big time.
I've told you all before that I met the guy in Vegas, and he was nothing but cool as hell to my husband and I. Tyson and I talked for a bit about tattoos, and just down to earth stuff. He even let me get a picture..to his bodyguards dismay.
I got the feeling that he was really a good guy deep down. Just really damaged. And it sounds like he is truly sorry for where he is at in life right now.
It's too bad, because there isn't a lot of hope for him right now. I'm probably one of the only people who won't be talking snidely about him today.
I truly hope he finally gets the help that he so desperately needs.

How is Steve-O Spending his Holiday Time?
According to this MySpace bulletin he posted about a half an hour ago, he is spending it at doctors appointments!
"I always spend the Holidays with my family, except for this one wild Christmas in Denmark when my girlfriend's Mom found me naked in a pool of pee on the floor with a candle melted to my head. I'm happy to say that I've been much more productive this year. Lately, family has been incredibly concerned about my health, and the negative impact my lifestyle has had on it. Out of love for my family, I agreed to go to any and all doctor's appointments they scheduled for me. Over the course of the last week, I've visited a
general practiononer, gastrointerologist, a cardiologist, and a new dentist. I've subjected myself to all kinds of medical scrutiny (echo-cardiogram, endoscopy, periodontal evaluation, etc.) and, across the boards, the doctors have been telling me that I'm in fantastic health. I feel great, my teeth are squeaky clean, and my Dad and I have also been hard at work on setting up my Internet store to accomodate international and US fans alike. Arnold Schwarzenegger underwent surgery today on his broken leg, which he suffered while skiing in Sun Valley Idaho.
The surgery lasted 90-minutes. Cables and screws were used to wire the broken bone back together.
"Following the surgery, the governor was awake, alert and talking in the recovery room," said Dr. Kevin Ehrhart, who performed the operation at St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica.
James Brown's personal manager, Charles Bobbit, was at his bedside when the performer passed. "The most difficult thing is for me to stand here without him. We were a team." Bobbit said that Brown told him, "I'm going away tonight." Then he took three long, quiet breaths, and closed his eyes. Frank Copsidas, Brown's agent, said that, "It appears what happened is that he did die of a heart attack as a result of his pneumonia."
Carl Blaze, the 30-year old New York DJ who had been shot 13 times earlier this month died Saturday. Blaze was a DJ for hip-hop and R&B radio station Power 105.1 FM. The perpetrator also ripped his $20,000 necklace from his neck. Blaze is survived by his two children, 1 and 7, with his wife, Yvonne.

Cameron was recently interviewed by DesertNews.com about Christmas, driving in England, and her new movie, 'The Holiday'.
Question: Going anywhere for the holidays this year?
Answer: I'll be here (Los Angeles) when everybody else goes away, which is awesome. It's my favorite time of the year. It's glorious, I love being alone. I just love being by myself. I'm good at it. But not in a weird way. It's not like, "Leave me alone!" I'm just very comfortable by myself.
Question: Guess the idea of house-swapping isn't very appealing, huh?
Answer: Nope. Nope. No. No. Don't want anybody in my house. Well, friends of course, but not a total stranger. But I've stayed in total strangers' homes, and I'm very respectful about leaving them exactly the way I found them. But I'm not taking that chance.
Question: Your "Holiday" co-star Kate Winslet has been nominated for four Academy Awards. You're best-known for frothy comedies such as "There's Something About Mary" and "Charlie's Angels." Does that ever make you feel, oh, I don't know, undervalued?
Answer: I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I'm happy with the things that I've accomplished. I'm not ashamed for being a happy, bubbly, funny person. I think that's just as valid as being the dark, brooding, tortured, Oscar-nominated one. Not that I think that's what Kate is at all, but certainly, if you want to start putting people in boxes, I don't think that I'm undervalued. I'm really just honored to be in the position that I am in. I'm not going out there going, "I need more."
Question: You don't need more. You're one of Hollywood's highest-paid, most sought-after stars. Where do you want to go from here?
Answer: I'm terrible at making plans; I've no idea what I want. I remember when I started doing this, my first film, "The Mask." Everybody kept asking me, "Ten years from now, what kind of work do you see yourself doing?" I was like, "I don't know." I didn't know if I'd still be making movies or doing something completely different, but I just knew that I wanted to be happy, period. Whatever it is, making movies or milking a cow. I'm kind of on a milking-a-cow trip right now. I don't know why.
Question: So it's been more than 10 years — are you happy?
Answer: I am very happy. I can't complain, although I do (laughs). But overall, I'm very happy with everything.
Question: And you haven't exactly been killing yourself lately, making about one movie a year and a "Shrek" cartoon or two.
Answer: I'm sure there's a lot of great roles out there. I'm just really bad at commitment; I hate committing myself to anything. So ... I'm really bad at saying, "Yeah, I'm gonna be there in three months." It's gotta be something that I'm really sure I'm going to be happy doing if I get there. I don't know where that comes from. It's probably a lack of discipline, honestly. It's probably being a spoiled brat and getting my way every time. It's the way it is. I just, you know ... I don't wanna do it (laughs). I'm sure I'll suffer for it later, but I'm happy right now.
Question: You're in a long-term relationship, too, which surely helps. But "The Holiday" is about two heartbroken women. Could you relate?
Answer: I think that we've all been through these relationships before. That's just life. It's the journey of love, and this lifetime is to try to figure out how to make love work. And who doesn't have problems? The great thing about love is that it's imperfect, and people spend a lot of time on it. What would we do if relationships were perfect? What would we do with our time?
Question: Advice for the lovelorn?
Answer: I think you just get through it. Having your heart broken is never fun. But you've got to get over it at some point, right? It just gets back to knowing yourself, being connected to yourself and happy with yourself. It always has to start there first. It's really awesome growing up in a very narcissistic society! (laughs) Because we've finally figured out that it's all about us. All the time they're like, "It's not about you." But really, it is. I encourage you to figure it out within yourself.
Question: Are marriage and kids in the cards for you?
Answer: I think everybody wants, at some point, to have that responsibility and be involved in that. But not at the moment; it's too much. Yeah, it's that commitment thing. I don't even want a dog. My cat just died; I don't even want a cat! Oh, I just opened a frickin' can of worms.
Question: So, um, sort of afraid to ask now, but how did you get along with the two little girls in "The Holiday"?
Answer: Smacked 'em around. It always works. I'm just kidding. Why do I think that's so funny? I don't know. It's clearly not a thing you should joke about in print: "She doesn't want kids, she smacks around the ones she works with, and she doesn't even want a dog." No, those girls were so sweet. It was a lot of fun.
Question: One last thing: How did you like driving in England?
Answer: The great thing about that was that the streets were shut down. Locked off. Nobody could get on the streets that didn't know that I was behind the wheel. But it's crazy, driving on the wrong side of the road. I can barely walk properly in England. Every time you step off of the curb, a sign says Look Right. But you always only see that after you've looked left first.

Angelina and Brad Spend Christmas with Refugees
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt spent Christmas Day with Colombian refugees in Costa Rica.
They met with UNHCR as part of Angelina's goodwill ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. It was Angie's second trip in five years.
Angelina with Brad in tow, met with children and their families who are refugees fleeing from Columbia due to leftist guerillas and military conflicts. They also gave Christmas presents to those they met.
"We had a marvelous Christmas Day with the Costa Rican people and the families of the Colombian refugees that we met,'' Angie said in a released statement.
She also said that the unrest in Columbia is currently "the greatest humanitarian tragedy in the Western Hemisphere'' and that it recieves little if no media attention.
"My Christmas message to Colombian refugees and to the millions of displaced people in Colombia is that the world has not totally forgotten them.''

James Brown's 'Wife' Locked Out of Home
James Brown's attorney says that Tomi Rae Hynie, 36, and the Godfather of Soul were not legally married and that she has been padlocked out of his home in South Carolina. 
Lawyer Buddy Dallas says it is merely for 'legal reasons' and is not a 'reflection on her as a person'.
He and Brown's accountant hired security to lock up the estate after Brown's death. The couple reportedly hadn't seen each other in weeks, and Tomi has another home just blocks away where she had been spending a lot of her time with the couple's five year old son.
"It's not intended and I hope not interpreted to be an act of unkindness or an act of a lack of sympathy," Dallas said.
"Ms. Hynie has a home a few blocks away from Mr. Brown's home where she resides periodically when she is not with Mr. Brown. She is not without housing or home."
However, Hynie told a reporter, "This is my home," Hynie told a reporter outside the James Brown estate. "I don't have any money. I don't have anywhere to go."
Hynie also added that she had talked to James on the phone and he had told her, "I love you, baby, and I'll see you soon."
The couple was married in 2001 but Hynie hadn't yet been divorced from the man she was previously married to, causing her and Brown's marriage to be null and void. She was Brown's fourth wife.
Brown was arrested in 2004 for assault and threatening to kill Hynie.
Dallas said that Brown's estate was left for his children. He did not elaborate further on Brown's final wishes.
