"30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan was ordered to wear an ankle bracelet in order to ensure the comedian doesn't drink after receiving a DUI .
A Los Angeles judge ordered Morgan to wear an ankle bracelet that tests for alcohol vapors that come from the skin, according to the entertainment Web site TMZ.com.
The testing will last 90 days and if it shows Morgan has drank alcoholic beverages, he'll have to wear the bracelet another 90 days. A second failure to stay sober will land him in jail for 30 days.
He's due back in court May 25 to be fitted for the ankle device.

Britney Spears Gets Pulled Over, Receives a Warning
Britney Spears was pulled over Friday evening by Beverly Hills police for speeding but was let off with a warning.
Spears was stopped on Sunset Boulevard at 8:45 p.m. "She was pulled over for speeding," Beverly Hills police Sgt. Mike Foxen told People Magazine. "She was warned about her speed and let go. She was not cited."

The 'unglamorous' display which includes support material from anti-drunk driving organizations counters "the disturbingly glamorized trend of Hollywood's 'girls gone wild'," according to gallery director, David Kesting.
The Hilton sculpture has an open abdominal cavity and its innards are removable.

Peter Andre May Have Meningitis
Jordan's husband, Peter Andre, was admitted to a hospital last Saturday after feeling ill while at home.
He reportedly first fell ill earlier this month while on a promotional tour in the US.
A source said that Peter was extremely weak and had to be helped into the ambulance. Peter was discharged Sunday but returned hours later and has been there ever since. Since then he has undergone numerous tests, including a brain scan.
Jordan is said to be very upset and is staying by his side in the hospital.
A spokeswoman for the couple said in a statement: "Following recent tests on Peter Andre at the East Surrey Hospital, it is believed that Peter is suffering from suspected meningitis.
"Peter was admitted last weekend, and at this time we do not have an expected date of discharge."
The statement pleaded with the media "to allow Katie to continue as normal, and support Peter and the family during this worrying time".
The statement added: "We would ask all the press to respect Peter and Katie's privacy, and to not contact or visit the hospital."
There are two types of meningitis - viral and bacterial - and the spokeswoman said it was not yet known which of these Andre may be suffering from.
Viral meningitis is the most common but is usually not serious.
Bacterial meningitis, which includes the meningococcal strain of the disease, is more rare but around one in 10 cases are fatal.

Star Trek's Scotty to Get 'Beamed Up' on His Final Frontier
James Doohan, the actor that played 'Scotty' on Star Trek will be getting the ride of his life tomorrow...nearly two years after his death.
Doohan died in June 2005 at the age of 85, due to complications from Alzheimer's.
Some of his created remains will be blasted into space via a rocket from New Mexico.
Earlier this month, the ashes were put into a metal container inside the rocket in preparation for the launch.
Mercury astronaut Gordon Cooper and about 200 others will join Doohan as they are shot into space.
There was a public memorial service today in Alamogordo, N.M.

The National Enquirer is reporting that Angelina Jolie has a "deadly disease"
The actress and campaigner for child poverty has sparked concern recently with a massive plunge in weight.
She appeared overnight at a charity news conference in Washington looking emaciated and exhausted.
America's The National Enquirer magazine is reporting this week that Jolie has a potentially fatal "serious health problem."
Pre-publication shots of the cover show headlines claiming Jolie is "losing her hair", suffers "uncontrollable shaking" and is plagued by blinding headaches.
It also adds her beau Brad Pitt will stand by the actress, despite rumors as to the state of their relationship.
Jolie's brother James Haven has publicly stated he is worried about his sister's health, though he was more concerned with her shocking weight loss since giving birth to baby Shiloh last May.
He has also told a British paper that she was not eating well and that both he and Pitt were concerned and pushing her towards a healthier lifestyle.
Their mother died in January adding to Jolie's pressure.
But the 32-year-old Tomb Raider star has carried on with a string of high-profile engagements including her UN charity work and the recent adoption of Vietnamese baby Pax Thien.
Pax joined Jolie's and Pitt's Cambodian-born adopted son Maddox and Zahara, who was adopted from Ethiopia, plus Shiloh.
Last night a noticeably thin Jolie spoke in Washington to announce the formal launch of Global Action for Children, an advocacy organization dedicated to orphans' and children's issues.
She pushed for more US aid for education in developing countries during an event to help an orphans advocacy group establish its headquarters in the United States capital.
"This is a happy day because it is not often enough that these children are represented in this town," Jolie said.
Jolie appeared with four others to open the Washington headquarters of Global Action for Children, a nonpartisan advocacy group formed in 2003.
The group, supported by a collection of charities, religious groups and nongovernmental organizations, wants the Bush administration to commit an additional $US2.5 billion ($A3 billion) a year to education and to aiding orphans in developing countries.
"The crisis has far outpaced the funding," said Jennifer Delaney, the group's executive director.
Jolie said orphan children sometimes beat the odds and survive but often are enslaved, resort to prostitution or are forced to become child soldiers. She said vulnerable children could be recruited to join terrorist organizations.
"Our government has the power to choose which path these children are going to take," Jolie told reporters at the National Press Club. "We know the consequences of our inaction."
Jolie has adopted three orphan children, but said any help that people in the US can offer is better than nothing. "The best solution for anyone who is abandoned or displaced is to be home (in their own countries)," Jolie said. "I would support that first and foremost."
Jolie demurred when asked if her cause might be better served if she became more political or ran for elective office. "I certainly don't think anybody wants that," she said, laughing.

Crazy Woman Obsessed With Sandra Bullock, Tries to Kill Jesse James
Marcia Valentine, a deranged woman obsessed with Sandra Bullock, attacked Bullock's husband Jesse James at the couples home Sunday night.
Valentine tried at length (3-4 times) to run over James with her silver Mercedes.
Sandra and Jesse's 10 year-old daughter watched in horror.
Police arrived after the woman had already fled, but was caught early Monday morning and booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

Richard Gere and Shilpa Shetty Wanted in India for Obscenity
Richard Gere is a wanted man in India.
Gere and Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty were speaking at an HIV/AIDS awareness event in New Delhi earlier this month when Gere swooped the bombshell up, bent her backwards and started kissing her all over.
An Indian court issued a warrant for both their arrests after a citizen filed a complaint saying the couple was committing an 'obscene act'.
They face a possibility of three months behind bars or a fine.
Last week Shetty took a stand defending the incident and accused critics of diverting media attention from the real issue of HIV and AIDS.
"I understand this is his culture, not ours. But this was not such a big thing or so obscene for people to overreact in such manner."

Eve Gets DUI, Blows Double the Legal Limit
Rapper/actress Eve was arrested early this morning after she crashed her gold Maserati on Hollywood Blvd.
Police arrested her on suspicion of driving under the influence and later divulged to TMZ that her blood alcohol level was "double the legal limit."
There were two passengers in the car with Eve at the time of the accident.
The accident occurred around 2:45 AM Thursday. Eve smashed into a center divider, wiping out the entire front of her car.
TMZ photographers were at the scene, and observed Eve being arrested and handcuffed. Photographers said Eve was "visibly upset" as she was being hauled off. 
Eve posted $30,000 bail and was released from Los Angeles County Jail. She tried to cover her face as she went out to be picked up by a friend, in a Maserati.

Kate Beckinsale Offends Relatives of Anorexics
Kate Beckinsale has upset many parents of teens afflicted with anorexia even though the actress is a former anorexic herself.
Beckinsale said yesterday that she thought the disorder was caused by an unhealthy home life and compared "anorexia, alcoholism and drug abuse in teens" to "crack whores".
Kate was mostly discussing her rough childhood and life experiences which led to her becoming unhealthy at one point. Kate was raised by her mother after her father died when she was only 5.
A parent, Ros Ponomarenko-Jones, whose 19-year-old daughter Sophie died last year from anorexia, was quoted as saying that Beckinsale, "has been totally flippant and does not really know what she is talking about. She is not giving anorexia the status it deserves as a mental illness.
"I think she needs to go to an eating disorder unit and speak to some of the girls there, where she would find out it is not always about what is happening in the home.
"They look up to celebrities and if they are thin, the girls take that on board and think if they look skinnier, they will have friends and live better lives. She has been completely irresponsible."

Snoop Dogg Denied Entry To Australia
Snoop Dogg has been refused entry into Australia, the second country to ban him from entering their country this year.
Immigration Minister Kevin Andrews said the decision was made due to his extensive rap sheet.
Snoop Dogg was scheduled to fly into Sydney this week to co-host the MTV Australia Video Music Awards.
"He doesn't seem the sort of bloke we want in this country," Andrews told Sydney's Macquarie Radio.
Snoop Dogg was sentenced to five years' probation and 800 hours of community service earlier this month after pleading no contest to felony gun and drug charges in California.
Snoop Dogg's rap sheet includes cocaine and gun possession and in 1996 he was acquitted of murder.

Swedish tax officials told parents Michael and Karolina Tomaro that they would refuse to acknowledge their daughter if they went ahead with plans to name her after the head banging heavy metal band.
But now officials have decided to let it go. The Tomaros and baby Metallica are now free to travel abroad because previously the child could not obtain a passport.

Britney Spears is hurt and angry- and now that she’s out of rehab, she’s planning a tell-all book about all the people “who did me wrong,” according to Star Magazine.
Sources claim that Brit is determined to dish every last bit of dirt about her once closest confidants and that they’re going to be shattered by her revelations!
Britney has plenty to say about ex-lover Justin Timberlake, 26.
“Brit blames most of her problems with drugs and alcohol on the heartache she experienced years before, during her time with Justin; she couldn’t trust him,” says a second insider.
“I hear she’s going to say that she believes he constantly lied to her about other girls and that destroyed her self-esteem. She also felt he became mean toward the end of their [nearly three-year] relationship; she said he called her fat and told her she’d need to lose weight before he would have sex with her.
“When Justin learns about this book, he’s going to be pissed.”
Her two husbands, in particular, Kevin Federline, and source says Brit will reveal the terrible truth that she planned to kill herself after it finally sank in that Kevin had used her for his own selfish ends, according to the insider.
“His womanizing, his wild spending, the verbal abuse he hurled at her when he thought their marriage was coming to an end…
Brit will say he deliberately tried to drive her crazy. She feels Kevin just pretended to love her for the money and a music career. When that sunk in, she was so heartbroken that she wanted to kill herself.”
The final bombshell, the insider says, will involve Britney’s mother, Lynne, 51. “Britney will call her a stage mom from hell’ and blame her for almost every ill in her life. She’ll say Lynne’s money hungry and that she was just along for the free ride. Britney thinks of her as a meddling, smothering person and blames her for her messy marriages.”
When Britney recently told Lynne and her father, Jamie, 54, about the book, they were both devastated. “Lynne was totally crushed,” says an insider, “and her dad warned her that if she bad-mouthed any of the family, she would regret it for the rest of her life. He knows from experience that sometimes Britney’s honesty isn’t always based in fact.”

Perez Hilton Hit With Another Lawsuit
Perez Hilton, or Mary Lavender as I like to call him, is being sued for $7.6 million by the photo agency X17 Inc., as you probably already know.
Now Splash News and Picture Agency, Bauer-Griffin, Insight News and Features, Flynet Pictures, and London Entertainment Pictures have all joined together and filed a complaint claiming more than 25 counts of infringement for a total of $7 million.
X17 claims that he has used 51 photographs without permission, payment or credit.
"Perez has achieved his fame and fortune by unlawfully taking and exploiting other people's work," said Splash News's CEO Gary Morgan in a post on the company's blog. "Using someone else's only means of earning money to make yourself rich at their expense is most un-American."
“Most bloggers are law abiding paying customers. They have to pay for photos but Perez gets rich by refusing to pay for them. There is no question he is famous because of other peoples hard work. All the agencies have asked for all along is fair pay for a fair day’s work.
The 99 page suit was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles, CA.

Joe Francis is a Pig
Joe Francis' legal woes seem to have no end. 
Francis has just been charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery. The charge was filed by the LA City Attorney.
Law Enforcement told TMZ that Francis was at a birthday party in Los Angeles this past January when he allegedly touched an 18-year-old girl on the breast, buttocks and inner thigh. The woman allegedly repeatedly asked him to stop.
Francis will be arraigned May 22. If convicted, he faces a maximum six months in jail and a $2,000 fine.

Willie Nelson Spared The Joint
Willie Nelson and his tour manager, David Anderson, got off easy yesterday after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor count of marijuana possession in St. Martinville, La.
Neither will serve jail time for their crime. Nelson and Anderson were fined $1,024 each and put on probation for six months. As part of a plea agreement, the citation against Bobbie Nelson was dismissed.
Nelson, Anderson, Nelson's sister, Bobbie Nelson, and two drivers were issued citations on Sept. 18 after state troopers said they found pot and magic mushrooms on the tour bus during a commercial-vehicle inspection on Interstate 10.
St. Martin Parish Assistant District Attorney Chester Cedars said he dismissed the citations against the two drivers because there was no indication they "had anything to do with the contraband."

Mel B Says Eddie Murphy Definitely the Daddy
Melanie Brown says that there is "no doubt this is Eddie's baby. We both know this is Eddie's baby." 
Mel says she welcomes his challenge to do a DNA test.
She says she has only spoken to Murphy once in the past four months. "I'm sure, at some point, we'll have to have some contact. The baby needs to be documented, and that needs the father's signature," she says.
Brown tells OK! that the couple's brief (5 month) romance was very serious and developed quickly. "We were soul mates. It was electrifying."
She says she and Murphy even had their names tattooed on eachother only days after meeting. Melanie said she will not have the tattoo removed because Eddie will always be a part of her.
The relationship was fabulous, she said, until she took the pregnancy test. Murphy was there in the bathroom with her when she got the results of a home pregnancy test.
"He was over the moon," she tells OK!.
The relationship iced over from that point on.

Melanie was in London to tell her mother about the baby when her friend called and told her about Murphy's appearance on Dutch TV where he claimed he was no longer with Melanie and that the child was not his.
Days earlier, "Eddie had called to reassure (my mother) that he loved me," Brown says. So she was "in shock" when she landed back in Los Angeles and the media swarmed her asking about the child. Brown says she then called Murphy and said he'd call back. He never did.
"Maybe one day Eddie will tell me why this happened. I am now more confident and grounded than I have ever been."

Rosie O'Donnell Announces She is Leaving 'The View'
Rosie O'Donnell said today that she's leaving 'The View' less than a year after joining the show.
O'Donnell made the announcement at the beginning of today's show, saying, "OK, big news, breaking news, breaking news."
"I've decided that we couldn't come to terms with my deal with ABC, so next year I will not be on 'The View,'" she said apologetically.
O'Donnell said she couldn't come to an agreement with ABC, who wanted her to renew her contract for another three years, while she only wanted to sign on for one more season.
"It just didn't work," she said. "And that's showbiz, but it's not sad, because I've loved it here, and I love you guys. And I'm not going away. I'm just not going to be here every day, all right?"
Barbara Walters told today's audience that she had nothing to do with the network's negotiations with Rosie.
"I'm going to read, 'I did this and I did that,' and it brings back a lot of other things that I was accused of doing and did not do. This way not my doing or my choice."
O'Donnell will remain on the program until the end of June. She says she will guest host the program occasionally.
Walters said on "The View" that producers do no yet have a successor in mind.
"We have not thought about a replacement because we were hoping that you would come back," she said to O'Donnell. "So we're going to take a look."
Walters added, "We have had, to say the least, an interesting year."
"We certainly have!" said O'Donnell.
"We have had an exciting, fun-filled, provocative – we have all loved it, we have all gotten together," Walters said. "And you will be missed very much."
"Well, you know, thank you," O'Donnell said. "But I'll still be on my blog."

Ellen DeGeneres and Laura Dern reunited Monday on DeGeneres' syndicated talk show to discuss the famous lesbian kiss they shared for Ellen's coming out episode on her sitcom ten years ago. 
Ellen came out of the closet in real life while her sitcom character did the same.
In her character's coming-out episode, Dern shared a kiss with her during a guest stint on the ABC series, 'Ellen'. Dern told Ellen that she couldn't get a job for more than a year after the show aired.
"There was certainly backlash, I guess, (that) we all felt from it," she told DeGeneres, who said she was sorry and "had no idea" that Dern had gotten the cold shoulder in Hollywood.
Not getting work felt "awfully terrifying," recalled Dern, who said she's grateful for the "extraordinary experience and opportunity" to be a part of the groundbreaking episode, which also guest starred Oprah Winfrey, Demi Moore and Melissa Etheridge.

New Indie Film on the Life of Alexis Arquette
You may remember Alexis Arquette, brother of Patricia, David and Rosanna, on VH1's, 'The Surreal Life', or maybe as the wedding singer who resembled Boy George in 'The Wedding Singer'.
Alexis, 38, is a transsexual and a feisty one at that. I love Alexis and was excited to hear that (s)he is the focus of 'Alexis Arquette: She's My Brother,' an A&E Indie Film which makes its world premiere Monday at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York.
At about the age of 30, Alexis (real name Robert) began living life as a female. 
"I'm a man, but I'm also a transsexual, which means I am also part woman," says Alexis. "Got news for you -- it's not rocket science, people."
Alexis talked about his family and whether they accept him as a sister and a daughter. "I see them wanting to make it okay for me, but I don't know, will they ever see me as a sister? I hope so. I mean, I think it's difficult for them. I think they do see me as flawed; I do think they do think I'm damaged goods, in a way."
But she insists that she has the support of the entire Arquette family.
"We love our brother," says Rosanna. "If he wants to be our sister, we are happy for him. Whatever he wants."

Ashlee Simpson Hints Around About Cosmetic Surgery
Ashlee Simpson still refuses to come clean about her recent surgeries but in an interview with Harper's Bazaar she doesn't deny it either.
"I don't get bothered by people saying what they say, I'm a happy person, and I'm happy with my looks."
Ashlee did not say that she specifically had surgery but did say, "I loved how I looked. I'm not an insecure person, nor was I before."
Plastic surgery, she says, is "a personal choice. I believe if somebody chooses to do plastic surgery, it [should be] for yourself, not for anyone else."
"Everybody always has an opinion," she says. "One minute they'll love you; one minute they'll hate you. When you go home to sleep at night, [the important thing] is to feel good about yourself. And I do."
What does she have to say to people who hint that she is trying to look like her sister? "Of course I look like her. She's my sister. It's like, God, please! We think it's quite funny."

Stefani Schaeffer Winner of 'The Apprentice' Talks About Her Victory
Stefani Schaeffer won this season's The Apprentice Sunday night and this morning appeared on Regis and Kelly.
Schaeffer talked about her tactics, the editing of the show and her finale partner James Sun.
"When you're in a [team] group like Arrow [Corporation], you have some boisterous characters like [Frank Lombardi], who's from the Bronx; and [Nicole D'Ambrosio], from Chicago; and [James Sun], from Seattle, so they're all very loud. So I knew I wasn't going to win with bravado," Schaeffer said on this morning's Live with Regis and Kelly.
"I think that the editors do a really good job of showing you for really who you are. I think that we were all portrayed to be exactly how we are, except that they can edit you out, so you're not shown as much. So people probably thought that I'm far more quiet than I really am."
"I was very relaxed because going into the finale, I really thought James had it," she explained. "I thought that Mr. Trump was very fond of James, and I thought Mr. Trump would be saying, 'James you're hired.' And so I wasn't nervous at all because I figured well I'm going to go out and just argue for the fun of it and have a good time and congratulate James, who I respect and care about very much."
"I was shocked," she said of the win.
"I'm looking at this as a segue into the construction industry," said Schaeffer. "I think that bringing my legal background into it... the fact of the matter is, I am a lawyer. I defended developers in construction defect litigation, so I think that I'm not really leaving law. I'm just bringing law into construction and refocusing on construction."
When asked about her partner James Sun she replied, "I would hire James, like I told Mr. Trump. If he gives me a budget and says you can hire someone, I will call James."

Orange County Superior Court Judge Franz Miller granted their divorce earlier this month.
When the ruling was announced, Houston fought back tears. Brown, of course, did not attend the hearing.
Houston will get custody of daughter, Bobbi Kristina.
Houston testified that she didn't need spousal or child support and that her ex-to-be wasn't reliable enough for their daughter to depend on.

Simmons Says 3 Epithets Should Be Banned - Do You Agree?
Expressing concern about the "growing public outrage" over the use of such words in rap lyrics, Simmons said the words "bitch," "ho" and "nigger" should be considered "extreme curse words."
He suggests that recording and broadcast industries consistently ban three racial and sexist epithets from all so-called clean versions of rap songs and the airwaves.
"We recommend (they're) always out," Simmons, the pioneering entrepreneur who made millions of dollars as he helped shape hip-hop culture, said in an interview Monday. "This is a first step. It's a clear message and a consistency that we want the industry to accept for more corporate social responsibility."

Shanna Moakler's Revenge on Paris and Lindsay

Paris Hilton's rep is hitting back at Shanna Moakler, calling her actions "childish" and "mean-spirited" after the former Dancing with the Stars contestant posted contact information for Hilton online over the weekend. 
"This woman is simply desperate for press and attention," Hilton's rep, Elliot Mintz, tells PEOPLE.
"Shanna deliberately posted Paris's phone number and e-mail address on her Web site. It was an unprovoked invasion upon Paris's privacy, which immediately caused her to change her contact information. It was a childish, mean-spirited thing to do. And we are not going to dignify such an action with any additional comment."
The drama started over the weekend, when Moakler wrote a blog post (titled, "Put This In Your Pipe and Smoke It") on her MySpace page:
"I posted this blog back in January to let you all know that my accounts were hacked. ... and since there are 2 little girls with too much time on their hands and no one to love them....id like to share my 'hacked' info as well. ive tried to disassociate myself from both these parties for some time now and like a fungus they wont go away."
The posting then listed what she claimed were the e-mail address and phone number for Hilton and e-mail addresses for Lohan. A rep for Lohan denied that the actress's information was correct, saying, "She and Shanna are not friends." Both Lohan and Hilton's camps also denied Moakler's "hacking" claims.
By Sunday, the post had been pulled from Moakler's page, however she put up another missive saying, "There are numerous reasons why i posted my last blog and I stand behind every single one of them."
Calls to Moakler's rep were not immediately returned.

A Teary Joe Francis Sentenced to Jail for Contempt
Joe Francis, founder of the Girls Gone Wild, pleaded guilty to contempt of court Monday and was sentenced to 35 days in a Florida jail.
Party boy Francis fought the tears back as he was sentenced. Heh.
"Joe has changed in the past few months," says his attorney, Jan Handzlik. "He has changed from someone who was disdainful of the system to someone who recognizes that he has to play by the same rules as the rest of us. He has put a lot of his foolish behavior behind him."
Francis, 34, was charged with contempt after he wigged out and started swearing during negotiations to settle a lawsuit filed by seven women who were minors when they were filmed for one of his videos.
U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak in Panama City, Fla., ordered Francis to settle or face a contempt charge. After talks collapsed, Francis berated Smoak in the media, saying he was a "judge gone wild."
Francis was ordered to surrender April 5 to begin serving jail time for contempt, but he never showed. He was arrested at the airport five days later as he was on his way to turn himself in.
Francis said in court, "I am sorry for my behavior. It was wrong. I had heard about appeals and things and I was confused. I am sorry, I really am."
Francis claims the women suing him lied about their ages, has since reached a settlement.
A federal grand jury in Reno has also indicted Francis on charges of tax evasion.

Iggy Pop Turns 60; Takes Stage Dive
Iggy Pop turned 60 on Saturday and celebrated a little differently than most 60 year olds would.
Pop dove off stage and into the crowd during a concert in San Francisco with his reunited band the Stooges.
The crowd sang along as the band played "Happy Birthday," and Pop was surprised with balloons with his picture on them were dropped from the ceiling.
Pop also showed off a t-shirt a fan gave him that said, "Birthday Boy Iggy."

It certainly seems that way after 'The Simple Life' star got into a catfight via Blackberry with DJ AM's recent ex, model Lauren Hastings.
A source tells Star that Nicole is extremely jealous of the sexy 'Cry Me a River' co-star.
On Monday night, April 16, Nicole was at a nightclub with Lindsay Lohan, who was text messaging Lauren when Nicole interceded, says the source. "Nicole just went off on Lauren by sending her text messages, saying Lauren was desperate and a fat bitch."
"For some reason Nicole thinks she can get to Lauren by calling her fat, which doesn't make sense at all. Lauren is a professional model. It's so high school," adds the source.
After DJ AM, aka Adam Goldstein, dumped Nicole last year, he started dating the 22-year-old blonde vixen, which didn't sit well with Richie. "Nicole went ballistic while celebrating her 25th birthday last September at a Hollywood party. As soon as she saw Lauren, she demanded that security clear the area and made sure Lauren wasn't allowed to enter the party," says the source.
While Lauren remains on DJ AM's My Space page as a friend, Nicole has long since been deleted from his web page.

'The Apprentice' Contestant to Pose Nude for Playboy
Kristine Lefebvre one of this seasons contestants on Donald Trump's "The Apprentice," will be posing nude for Playboy Magazine.
Lefebvre, an attorney, will appear on the cover of the June issue with other nude photographs inside.
In an ironic twist, Lefebvre had previously negotiated deals for Playboy appearances for clients such as Pamela Anderson and Debbie Gibson.
Lefebvre is a 37 year old cancer survivor who wanted to use the publicity to bring awareness to the disease.

Britney Spears Wears Brunette Wig & Blue Contacts
Britney opted for the brunette wig and Paris Hilton blue contacts topped by one of her many hats.
I actually like the wig, but the contacts look terrible, cheap and are too blue.
The outfit is actually pretty cute, minus the hat and boots. Other than that, her body is really shaping up. It seems she is finally dropping her 'baby fat'.

Geri Halliwell asked old pals Victoria Beckham and George Michael's partner Kenny Goss to be godparents of her 11-month-old daughter Bluebell Madonna.
Victoria was thrilled to be asked to be godmother," a friend told The Sun, adding: "Although they fell out when Geri walked out on the Spice Girls years ago, they became really close friends again. Geri's relied on her old friend for advice on motherhood and is delighted Victoria is flying over."

Alec Baldwin Goes After TMZ
Alec Baldwin has apologized to fans on his website for the voicemail message he left Ireland Baldwin, his 11 year old daughter, and his attorney has filed court papers demanding website TMZ reveal their source of the leaked message.
The document is an Order to Show Cause on why Basinger and her lawyers should not be held in contempt.
In a declaration filed by Baldwin’s lawyer, Vicki Greene, the attorney says “Petitioner [Basinger] is the only parent with custody, possession and control of the minor child’s telephone voice-mail message that was dissemination (sic) to Harvey Levin and TMZ.com.”
Greene states, “I do not know how Mr. Levin received any information about the court proceeding that was closed to the public, but again, it had to come from someone connected to the proceeding, and it was not me.”
“If Mr. Levin had a tape recorded message between Respondent and the minor child, it had to have originated from Petititoner or her employees, agents or attorneys.”
“Respondent [Baldwin] urges the Court to set a hearing to determine the source of the leak and whether and how its Orders have been violated. Information has been leaked to the press intentionally. The specific source is unknown, but it could only have come from Petitioner’s side of the case.” Greene ends by alleging the leak “…goes against the Court’s stated desire to protect the child from unwarranted publicity.”
TMZ stated on their website they do not reveal their sources.
